For nearly a decade, Chace held senior management positions with several leading local businesses, where he developed a diverse network of professional connections and gained an in-depth understanding of the construction industry. Managing multi-million dollar building projects enabled Chace to refine his knowledge of design and construction while developing an appreciation for architecture and a discerning eye for detail. It’s this specialized knowledge that differentiates Chace and creates value for his clients.  

Since obtaining his real estate license in 2013, Chace has earned a reputation as a trusted real estate professional. Chace’s success can largely be attributed to his character. His integrity, strong work ethic, and positive, goal-oriented attitude generate results. Chace has achieved an MLS Gold Award for eight consecutive years and has been recognized as the top performing agent at Macdonald Realty Ltd.

Chace holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate, helps coach youth soccer, and actively participates in local community initiatives. When he isn’t working, Chace enjoys spending time with family and friends—usually outdoors—hiking with his loyal dog, Hudson, fishing, or exploring the coast in his boat.
